Doula Jenn is your Palomar Medical Center doula. The following information is about the birth experience offered at this location.
Monitors available: Wireless monitoring available. Telemetry units and external fetal monitors. Hospital policy of 20 minutes every hour for those laboring naturally.
Birth balls: Yes, but sizing is generalized. Recommended you bring yours from home and leave it in the car, if needed then bring it in.
Parking info (free/paid, onsite/offsite etc): Park in the front parking lot. Additional parking is available in the parking structure located in the back of the hospital.
After hours entrance: At night, entrance will be locked. Use the phone outside to the left of the main entrance to call Labor and Delivery.
