Jaqulynn Ardigo,
Birth & Postpartum Doula
As a Student Midwife, Birth Doula, IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant), and Certified Massage Therapist, Jaqulynn have dedicated herself to tailoring her skillset to holistically supporting women on their journey through pregnancy, childbirth, and beyond.
In addition she is a CAPPA Certified Childbirth Educator, and APPA Certified Placenta Arts Specialist, a certified yoga instructor with over 500 hours of training and a Mother Blessing Ceremony facilitator.
Her passion lies in helping women discover their innate strength and guiding them towards a birthing experience that is both enlightening and fulfilling. Through my practice, she aims to tailor heart-centered services to meet the unique needs of each woman she serve, with an unwavering belief in their ability to birth their babies in a way that aligns with their deepest instincts and desires.
Birth work is heart work to Jaqulynn, and her involvement in this space is a commitment to reviving ancient wisdom and reconnecting with the natural rhythms of birth and life. She believes in fostering a sense of connectedness—to each other, to the earth, and to the greater forces of life that connect everything around us—and she hopes that with each birth, women can experience the profound sense of bliss and unity they were designed to have while embracing the sacredness of the birth journey. Liz Williams,
Birth & Postpartum Doula
With over 12 years of experience as a Mom and Doula, Liz Williams brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and dedication to her role as a Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula. She is especially passionate about involving husbands or partners in the birth process, recognizing their vital role and ensuring they feel included every step of the way. Liz believes her role as a doula is to foster closeness and connection between couples, not to take the partner’s place.
As a mother of four, Liz’s greatest teachers have been her own children. Her personal experiences have shaped her nurturing approach, allowing her to provide both practical support and emotional empowerment to the families she serves.
Specializing in hospital, birth center, and home births, Liz empowers couples to create the birth experience they envision, no matter the setting. Drawing from her own positive hospital births, she believes that with the right support and advocacy, families can achieve their ideal birth plan, free from external pressures.
Liz’s clients often describe her as encouraging, attentive, and deeply committed to their well-being. She considers it an honor to walk alongside families, helping them navigate the joys and challenges of welcoming a new baby with confidence and grace. Learn more about Liz here.
