Jenn has a passion for helping others and believes in the power of passing knowledge down. In the course of a day, Doula Jenn will teach The Doula Jenn Method. In the day you will practice hands on comfort measures, daily exercises to help in pregnancy, circuit series that help with back labor or stalled labors, and Welchers position. Jenn’s goal is to fill you with confidence so that you can go out and practice these exercises with clients at ease.
This class is designed for anyone who is pregnant and their support person who will be supporting them, along with birth doulas and fellow birth workers.
