Her teaching style is engaging, supportive, and deeply rooted in the belief that when doulas feel confident and prepared, it transforms the entire birth experience for the families they serve.

This one-day intensive introduces The Doula Jenn Method—a comprehensive, hands-on approach to supporting physiologic birth. Your team will learn and practice:

• Effective comfort measures for every stage of labor
• Daily pregnancy exercises to support optimal positioning
• Proven “circuit series” techniques for back labor and stalled labor
• Movement and positioning for early and active labor
• Mindfulness tools to help clients stay calm, grounded, and present

Jenn’s philosophy honors birth as a powerful, transformative experience. She teaches doulas how to support clients with both practical skill and emotional presence—helping families feel safe, supported, and empowered throughout labor.

Training Details:

• Designed for birth doulas, support people, and birth workers
• Hands-on, interactive format (not lecture-based)
• Up to 25 participants per training
• Additional participants can be added in increments of 25 (+$500 per group)
• Hosted by your agency at your chosen location
